Mercury On Pause

Between Mercury stationing direct today, Chiron stationing retrograde, Neptune stationing retrograde yesterday and Saturn, while now direct, still barely moving, I’m stuck in neutral along with lots of other people. Maybe this is affecting me more because it’s a third house/Mercury event in my chart. Neptune and Chiron are both in my third house and Mercury is opposing my natal Mercury from the sixth house.

The Sun is in Gemini revving everyone up to talk, talk, talk but nothing is coming out! Well, maybe a whole lot of nothing. :::grin::: Personally I’m getting all these wonderful ideas that whip across the front of my mind and disappear into smoke. Oh, sometimes I’m making a note here and there but will have to review this info at a later date when the fog lifts.

This photo of a hummingbird at my feeder illustrates this well – going a gazillion miles an hour and going nowhere. Getting a good shot here and there is actually a pretty good use of Neptune in the third.

Let’s see if next week will be better than this last one.

What a fantastic shot!

I feel like a fly caught in amber today... maybe due to Mercury-ruled Moon and Venus.

Send it to the back and inhale...

It's amazing.
Hmm sometimes I come here and read your posts and I start thinking what in my life could be related to what you're saying and it all seems a bit of a blur and foggy too.
Except it's more or less a permanent state for me, at least lately.

Hey Neith... I'm back-reading and leaving comments all over the place (meaning on some older posts)... Do you have a central place where you can see all comments as they are made? (I know not all blogs offer this feature. Don't know about Blogger.com...)

Wonderful article and love the hummingbird, and yes, a beautiful shot. I feel the same as you, so gratifying to know I am not alone. Maybe this week, some progress will be made?

Hi Jessica,

I feel like a fly caught in amber today... maybe due to Mercury-ruled Moon and Venus. That makes sense! People with a strong Mercury influence in their charts are often more aware what Mercury is getting up to in the sky. :-)

Do you think this is related to Saturn transiting your 6th & squaring your Sun-Neptune? I usually associate foggy with Neptune but if Saturn is/has been leaching your energy, that would do it too.

Saturn has forced so many of us to make life style changes of some kind, it's not funny.

Hi redbird!

I feel the same as you, so gratifying to know I am not alone. Maybe this week, some progress will be made? One of the best things about blogging has been finding out how many other people are dealing with the same things.

As for progress this week?! I sure hope so!! :-D

Neith, it's probably a combination of many things. I feel very Neptunian - there's the Sun-Neptune conjunction, 12th house Moon, progressed Moon in Pisces, etc. I don't dislike it, but then reality pinches me to wake up and it's not funny. haha

Hey DM my progressed moon is in Pisces, too! we can be foggy together, lol
